The scope
Complete office renovation: custom shadow-line bulkheads, glass partitioning to meeting rooms, LED lighting throughout, acoustic ceiling treatment and a full electrical upgrade.
The challenge
The client needed the entire 2 000 m² floor transformed without stopping trading, on an eight-week programme with staff in the building every working day.
What we did
We phased the floor into four zones and moved staff once per phase, working behind dust barriers with the noisy trades on night shift. Electrical first fix ran ahead of the ceiling grid so no finished work had to be reopened.
The outcome
Handed over two weeks ahead of programme. Energy consumption on the floor dropped roughly 30% after the LED and lighting-control upgrade.
